Fontanot Lindy 030B - Small staircase of simple and modern design

This small space-saving Fontanot Lindy 030B is designed for situations where space is minimal, without sacrificing functionality and ease of climbing.
Fontanot Lindy 030B is intended for lofts, apartments, mansard rooms, attics, basements, mezzanines and small rooms in general where it is impossible to install a normal staircase. By its very nature it represents a very good alternative to retractable stairs.
The salient feature of the staircase is the special design of the treads, which brilliantly balances functionality and size without compromising comfort and safety. The staggered (alternated) treads are in solid beech with a thickness of 3.4 cm, painted with a base coat and a Black, Bleached, Natural or Light Walnut non-toxic water-based finish.
The structure is in 4 finish colours: Iron Grey, Embossed Black RAL 9005, Embossed White RAL 9010, Chrome painted steel with railing with balusters. The overall effect is simple but also suitable for contemporary styles.
The kit can be installed with both clockwise and anticlockwise rotation, decide the direction of rotation during installation.
An supplementary balustrade is also available to protect the opening on the upper floor.

  Kit can be regulated from 212 to 351 cm:

• Steps:
  Steps are in solid beech painted with a base coat and a Black, Bleached, Natural or Light Walnut non-toxic water-based finish, starting from 3,4 cms of thickness. Staircase width 54 cm.

• Steel Finishing:
  The metallic parts are oven varnishing with epoxy powders in 4 colours: Iron Grey, Embossed Black RAL 9005, Embossed White RAL 9010 or Chrome.

• Railing:
  The railing is composed of vertical balusters painted steel oven varnishing with epoxy powders of the same color as the structure and curved at the end. The railing adds 3 cm to the width of the staircase. The staircase is supplied with only one side of the railing, there is the possibility to buy the second side of the additional railing separately.

• Configuration:
  The kit can be installed in different straight or corner configurations, refer to the data sheet for further information on the dimensions of the staircase.
  
  
  
• Rotation:
  The kit can be installed with both clockwise and anticlockwise rotation.

• Dimension and weight:
  The staircase is delivered in a wooden box with 115x65x55 size and weight of 150 kg
  
  
• Cleaning and maintenance:
  Clean the treads as soon as dirt spots and dust deposits appear and at least every 6 months using a soft cloth moistened with water and specific non-abrasive and non-aggressive detergents. NEVER use abrasive scourers. After cleaning, thoroughly dry the surfaces with a microfibre cloth to remove the haloes that form because of the limestone in the water. Approximately 12 months from the date of installation, check tightness of the screws of the various components. Should even the smallest malfunction occur, it is obligatory to immediately and professionally carry out extraordinary maintenance.
