Winder staircase Fontanot Splash R for outdoor use

Fontanot Splash R is manufactured in varnished steel with a particular treatment that consists in a hot-dipped galvanization and subsequent powder coated varnish for outdoor use. The final result is a staircase that is exclusively indicated for outdoor installation because highly resistant to atmospheric elements

The structure, the treads and the railing balusters are in painted steel available in three colors: Corten, Embossed Black 9005 and Ivory RAL 1015, the fixings are black. The bolts supplied are in stainless steel.

The supplementary railing is composed of vertical painted steel square-section balusters connected to each other by 4 square-section parallel tubes, the handrail is in circular section in the same color of the treads.

The winder staircase is very versatile and can be installed both inside and outside the house without any problem.

A final landing is also available (optional) that connects the staircase to the arrival floor and allows you to exit both frontally and sideways to adapt to all situations.

Supplementary items are also available to better customize the staircase:

- balustrade: it is necessary to protect the opening on the upper floor
- external railing: is used as protection if the external side of the staircase is distant from the wall
- landing: connects the staircase to the upper floor

• Dimension and weight:
  The staircases is delivered in the box weight of 105 kg for the staircase nothing railing or 120 Kg for the staircase width 1 side railing. The box dimension are 180x36x33 cm size.
  
• Cleaning and maintenance:
  Clean the treads as soon as dirt spots and dust deposits appear and at least every 6 months using a soft cloth moistened with water and specific non-abrasive and non-aggressive detergents. NEVER use abrasive scourers. After cleaning, thoroughly dry the surfaces with a microfibre cloth to remove the haloes that form because of the limestone in the water. Approximately 12 months from the date of installation, check tightness of the screws of the various components. Should even the smallest malfunction occur, it is obligatory to immediately and professionally carry out extraordinary maintenance.
